Our GPC measurements are performed on an instrument from hs GmbH with THF or Toluene as solvent. With Toluene as solvent we use by default a linear column „deepblue linear“ from hs gmbH and a RI-Detector RI2012A of Schambeck SFD GmbH. With THF we use a system of 3 columns of MZ Analysentechnik (MZ Gel SDplus) with a pore size range of 100 – 10.000 Å and the detectors RI2012A (Schambeck SFD GmbH) combined with a UV-Vis S3245 (Sykam) as standard.

If necessary we could combine the AF4- as well as the SEC-system with each of the three detectors. So we have the possibility to determine e.g. the radius of gyration, the absolute molecular weight and the structure of polymers and nanoparticles.
